Well the burden of proof is on you. Many people have been in your situation before and have sucessfully removed conditions so there is always hope. Only you know the extent of stress in your marriage so no one can tell you to divorce now or wait and file together. ask yourself these questions.

Can you stretch this marriage till Dec 2011 when you will be eligible to file I-751 together?

Is she going to file with you and sign her part of the form?

Will you have enough evidence of a bonafide marriage?

If you answer NO to any of the above, then you should think of getting a divorce so you can file with a waiver and not have to wait till 2011 when USCIS will expect you to have a boat load of evidence of co-mingling.

On a side note, have you guys gone to couples counseling? Fighting/arguing (no violence) in marriages are very common. Infact it is needed to keep eachother in line. Any marriage without "fights/arguement" is a sham marriage. And that's the truth.
