hi

pls help it was stupid mistake of mine, i mailed my aos last 03-02-01 and i just received notice of action today, i found out that i filled out i-485 form "middle name" (when i was single) rather than "middle name" (my family name) since im married in time i filled my aos.

help what am i going to do..all answer r highly appreciated

Honestly nothing you can do now that I'm aware of. You'll need to wait until you get your GC and then file an I-90 and pay the $300 fee to get a new card.

** moving from "Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports" to "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" as the prior forum is for case updates/progress and this one is for questions**
