this is rich wasmah. always rich. well it looks like if they don't pick it up at all. the simple math is if they do 10 a week then in roughly 5 weeks from now the marchers will be done but i know they will do some april filers also within that five weeks but not many. but as i go along here i was 20 in the vj list and now i am up to 27 so more people that filed in april is joing vj so we will find out how many more will join.

now i know there has to be some people that are not looking at their timeline all the time and hasn't updated so probably there are more approvals especially with the one yesterday for march 26th that was approved. that can't be the only one that was approved.

does anyone know this answer? if you go to the uscis website. they give you a graph and it says that there are all others pending in yello9w and rfe in gray and green is compltetions and blue is what sent in the months. how come in march and april on that graph it says a certain amount received and a certain amount completed. am i reading this graph wrong? it is under trends and volumes and majority of april are done on that graph. so not understand.

if you look at that chart and you bring up the i130 imm rel at the california service center. it has that they are done with march and april basically. are they just holding up on sending them out because maybe nvc or the consulates are behind. is this why it is so slow. this i don't understand.

or does it mean the completions are from prior months also and it is in the month of march that they were completed. i guess this can be a reason.

i believe that they have cases that werent approved from previous months, so they are now approving as many as possible. Also, i found out that they are approving more of the family based cases (brother, sister) than any other ones. They are moving those files at a very very rapid pace. for every month they are approving 3 months of files. So may be that is why the chart shows higher approval cases. just my 2 cents.

even i am not sure about that. But I expect to see april cases being approved starting middle of August. If we get it before that, then great or else we just wait for the 5 month period that they say it can take :(
