WOW, its after noon and nobody has started this thing yet! :unsure: Its dreary and rainy here and I'd rather be in bed!

I hope this day brings forth good news for everyone, am still waiting on Kamal's 10 yr green card approval!

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Happy Thursday even though it's almost over. Im kinda out of the loop, had dental surgury on a root canal that had an absess so have 12 stitches in the top of my mouth. But not doing to bad actually considering.

Well the identity fraud is happening again. This time, I get a letter on Monday from a Natural Gas company with my name on it and a house address in Georgia and the bill is $1225.-- My stress level soared! I called customer service and I explained Im a victim of ID theft and have police reports from back home. They told me someone used my name and SS# for a house from Oct 23 2009-Feb 23 2010, ..... while I've been living in Texas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO, that is how my week has been going... dealing with phone calls and paper work all over again...
