Do you still have to get the I-864 notarized?

11/30/06- Touched- NOA for EAD sent

12/01/06- I-130 and I-485 Touched

If you want it to be notorized, I guess you can. There is nothing in the instructions that says it has to be notorized.

I am not sure If you have the newest form, but here is the: New I-864 Form. It does not require Public Notary. As opposed to the OLDER form here which has the section where you sign and the Public Notary person signs next to it and seal it off with the official seal (whatever that means).

Well I am ok then. I have the new form. I just had read somwhere that it had to be done, but I guess that was an old statement. Thanks!
