I thought so too. I would have been awesome to actually hear of someone who tried the diet though. I want to know if the studies and stories within the research and what benefits each blood type is true.

I just had to put my two cents worth in and actually explain somewhere what the diet is about from what I read. Don't worry ya'll I do know that you're all joking with me
