Hi, Hope all of you are having a great start to the New Year. I know I ain't while helping my friends fill out their their K1 forms I wrote the wrong date for his fiance's birthday. Now he got a RFE from VSC about a different matter. But can i add the birth date correction to the form?

You did not specify what the OTHER matter was. Was it to the I-129F or G-325A? Which form did you put the incorrect birthday. They need to be consistent but it is hard to say what to do without knowing what the RFE was for and which form you put her birthday incorrectly.

actually the date was right, the rfe was for a divorce which i forgot to submit. The parents birthday is incorrect on all the forms ie 129f, 325a so can i call VSC and get the info changed? or mail it along with the rfe?

I would send the corrected information back with the RFE information along with a short covering letter saying you need to correct the information on the forms as you found out after you filed that you had the incorrect date. Calling won't help as the number is for a call center and not an immigration office. The RFE is linked to your file right now and will go back directly to the officer who is looking at your file, so that is the most direct way of correcting the information.
