I called USCIS and NVC they both saying same thing. They telling me it take up to 90 days. That really make me mad.I see alot cases approved and sent and recieved by NVC in 1 week or 2.I feel like im on the old timeline for K-1 visa waiting fro 7 months up to a year. It's sad to me see other after approved and the process spends up.It feel like hell when mines feel it slows down for no reason .I can only gues that they mail me my NOA2 aqnd never mail my package to NVC.I message my congressman like a nice person on here told me to try.I stil ahve not gotten a response from them also.I think I understand people more when things like this happen and they start go crazy.I even startoing to consider another option that leave me in a bind, but feel it only way for me to be with the women I love.

Arlyn,

we are on the same boat...., My I-130 got approved and sent out to this NVC on Feb 1st just as you though i belong to Priority 4 ( US Citizen file to brother) and I was on the phone today with NVC, same answer, Not received yet, it may take up to 90 days, this is really pathetic, all i want is my damm NVC # and i will not bother no one no more till my damm Priority date "April 2002" becomes Current. I am really pissed off,

:crying:

I really hope you all are calling the NVC and speaking with an operator and not listening to the automated message. If the NVC customer service person tell you it hasn't been received, then it hasn't been received, but the automation does not work with K-1's, as mine arrived last week and left yesterday and yet automation still says it hasn't been received.

During past 5 weeks, I Spoke with NVC operators on avg. of twice a week and last time was March 09,10 yesterday. I did also send two e-mails for address change with copy of my approved I130 and their written inquires dept said not received yet, My only obligation is the damm 90 days,

I really hope you all are calling the NVC and speaking with an operator and not listening to the automated message. Yeah,I talked to a person from USCIS and NVC.I'm think I'm going crazy.I nearly calling NVC almost every day.I try keeping my fiancee calm by telling her that it a good thing. In fact it like I'm waiting for something to happen when it should have been mail out before. You would think that approved petition are collected and mail at a surtend time to be taken to the correct embassy.I just imagining it now.My petition on the way to mail room. Oops ,It falling on the floor and pushed under someone messy desk or slide beside 2 cabinets .
