Hello all

I live in Texas. I was looking at processing times and noticed that the Texas Service Center does not appear to show recent data releated to K1 Visas? Does that mean anything in particular.. That seems surprizing to being on the Mexico Border... anyhow... Should I be concerned about sending the application to the Texas Service Center or do I have a choice? Can I send my K1 Application to any service center?

If I have a choice, which one has the best track record and best to work with?

Thank you in advance for any help..

Kenny

Be happy. Vermont is still kicking CSC's butt even with the weather delays.

Ummm, not really. They've just been bipping around with what they're processing. A few December filers, a couple of January filers, and no November filers. Most of October has been processed, but a few people at the end of the month have been left out of the party, too. So I guess if Igor's list averages all that data, it puts out a date of late Nov. Which in no way represents what's happening over there...
