WIPING HARD DISK

:help: So we've sold everything including the computer and I want to wipe the disks on it before we leave.

I found Window Washer to download free. Can anyone tell me if this program should be good enough or if there is something better that is also free to download? TIA :P

Install Linux on it. That'll get rid of Windoze, which I find to be a kind of virus. :)

Never heard of Mepis before. I mainly run Fedora Core, but on my laptop I run Ubuntu. It handles MADWIFI better than FC5.
