Has anyone fiance received an appointment date after their application was recalled due to IMBRA?

You mean you had NOA2 and it got recalled?

You may want to check this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=20652

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

That is interesting to me that your Imbra RFE was recieved on 7/12 and approved on 7/26.

Mine was recieved in VT 7/17 and has not been approved yet, but according to how yours went maybe I will here back soon.

So did they post an update for your case on 7/26 that your case was reapproved? then recieve a letter? what was the procedure from when you found out it was approved?

They'll send you an update through e-mail. My fiance hasn't gotten anything in the mail yet. Have you set up an account with USCIS? If not, you can learn how to do that here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...c=19909&hl=

After that, they'll send the petition to NVC, where they run checks and assign a number case. After that, the petition goes to the foreign consulate.

I've checked many timelines on VJ, and they take approximately 15 days to approve an RFE, recalled case or not. Some will be approved in 6 days, others in more than 20.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, you posted on another thread saying your case was recalled? If so, you may want to check the IMBRA forum for information on other recalled cases, especially these threads:
