Hello friends, finally got an email saying our I-130 has been approved. What a feeling..lol

We can now move to the NVC thread. I can assure all october filers that your time is now.

Congrats to you and all those Oct filers. Good news for you guys and also for us waiting. It appears that many of Oct filers including those with later in the month filing are approved. That means USCIS will start on Nov filers.

I'm confused about your filing....you filed an I 130 (spousal) Oct 19th but also a petition for a fiance Oct 21st. You are either married or you want to get married. You can't be married then file for your fiance visa. Am I missing something??

Congratulations!!! It seems as if the CSC is doing a good job getting NOA2's for October filers. Sadly, I have to deal with the VSC and those guys are very slow up there.
