Hello,

I made an account on USCIS.gov and attempted to enter my case numbers for tracking, but the website says that the cases don't exist.

Is it correct that the case numbers are imprinted on the back of the check when it is cashed (I got the back image from my bank). There appear to be two different case numbers (MSC**********) on the back of my checks (one on the the $355 I-130 and one on the $1010 I-485 check). Or do I have to wait for NOA1 and I'll get a different case number?

i got the NOA already in addition to the email 2 weeks ago....the MSC number still not showing up

I got the NOAs on Feb. 8 (dated Feb. 3) ... it still says that the cases don't exist and still no biometrics letter delivered. :-(

Timeline:

2010/01/26 I-130 + AOS + EAD Packages mailed to USCIS

2010/01/28 I-130 + AOS + EAD Packages arrived at USCIS

2010/02/03 Checks Cashed

2010/02/08 Received NOA1 (Hardcopy) with Notice Date 2010/02/03

2010/02/16 Biometrics Appt. Letter arrived Notice Date 2010/02/10

2010/03/03 Biometrics Appt. (Early Walk-in 2010/02/22)

2010/03/05 Received Interview letter (Dated 2010/03/01)

2010/03/24 Received email stating that EAD card production has been ordered!

2010/04/06 Interview appt.- APPROVED!!!!!!!!!! :-)

Sometimes they're slow in updating information online, so just wait a couple of days. The other option is to call them and perhaps someone at USCIS can help you. Good luck!

No, unfortunately not... I've been checking every day, with all numbers that I have (from checks and NOA1's) - none of them work. I'm hoping that the cases become trackable after the biometrics appointment!

Do yours show up yet?

Our status is stuck too - Our I129f never moved from "received and pending" and now our AOS is stuck on RFE, even though we already got the EAD, AP and an interview date...

So much for a new and improved online system, huh??

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

Nope, but I got the biometrics appt today! So, at least that's good news!

Congratulations! When is your appointment, and what was the issue/sending/notice date of your letter?

The appt is march 3. :-) The notice date of letter is Feb 10. It was sent on Feb 12.

Sweet! My letter should arrive sometime this week too... where are you from/which is your ASC/office for the biometrics?
