I'm new here and I need some answers. We filed for my aos last mid-september and I already got my ead card.last jan 20, i got a message saying my case was transferred to csc. C nanyone tell me how long it will take before i get my gc?? I've been looking at everyone's timeline and most of them got their gc already. I know I'm being impatient but I can't help it. It's just feels forever.

Thank you for all the future answer.

We filed in October 2008 and were transferred to CSC, received the ead and ap January 2009 and did not receive the green card until about July 2009.

No rhyme or reason to it but i wouldn't hurt to call or make an infopass appointment to send an inquiry.

I suspect that even an InfoPass meeting wouldn't tell you anything except that "It hasn't been 6 months yet. It is therefore still within processing guidelines. Call back in mid to late March."

But yeah, that is starting to get quite long. Don't panic. Your status is good until they adjudicate it one way or the other. If you got your EAD and AP documents then you have the foundation to live a reasonably normal life until it shows up. Try not to worry about it.

DON'T PANIC

Hi

Im in the same situation as you. We applied in September also and our case was transferred in Oct 16 our last touch was Nov 3 since that no news about the case. I called them last month and they told me they were working on cases from August so I guess by the end of February or the beginning of March we may hear from them.

Good Luck
