Should I be sending in email addresses??

So, Im reading timelines.. NVC received our case 1-29-10 and assigned a case number. I call the number twice a day, and nothing is stated except giving me the NVC case number.. do I wait for them to tell me they sent the DS032 or can I email them our email address? Its been a week since they've had it and I am impatient.. can anyone tell me if I can go ahead and email our choice of agent stuff?

Call the NVC # back, Get A Human and then you and That Human will 'start' the NVC process, together.

That Human will take down the email addresses, and send you a 'DS-3032 kit' via email.

Well, I called!! Gave email addresses, but was told that the DS 3032 already went out snail mail. All other info will be emailed, however. Do we really have to wait for him to get it in the mail? That will take weeks...

Good. If things are really screwy, ask for 'AOS fee bill electronic notice' to be emailed to you. If the Tele-Operator doesn't know what that is - ask for 'visa specialist', re-ask the question.

Well, I called back. Was told again it was already sent, but she was going to submit another request that it be emailed instead. I hung up before I got your last message about asking if a AOS fee bill e notice be emailed to me! I will call again and ask! Thanks... I feel so down now!
