@KarinaB - I am very sorry to read of the accident your Fiance had. Please know I hope he is well and has a full recovery soon. Please fill us in when you can. Let us know what is happening. This is a good place to come and write if you would like.

@SunDrop - You have been a good friend through this all. You have been abig help to the entire group keeping us together and updating The List.

Audy (my Fiancee) received Packet 3 on April 23.

NOA1->NOA2 - 46 days

NOA2->Pckt3 - 28 days (4 days lost when Embassy closed for Buddhist New Year)

We are not really in a rush. Audy will come in November. She has to have her Passport reissued as we made a mistake with her birth place. Not a big deal and it is only 30 dollars.

@All NOA2s since I last posted here, Congratulations and good luck with the next steps.

KarinaB: I too am hoping that everything goes well for you guys. Keep strong..! :)

Matt flew over on Saturday, and no one cared to even look at the information we prepared to show customs/immigration. It was weird. They just asked the purpose and length of his visit, then sent him on his way with a B-2 that expires mid-October. So we're pretty ecstatic about it, since it means he can stay pretty much until the medical/interview is needed. His folks will forward packet 3 stuff to us, and we'll fill it out here together.

Wishing all you guys the best in the weeks to come!

Got our P3 today, along with the signed I-134s. Also booked Ry's flight last night, so he'll be here May 11th :)

Since my German police certificate got held up by ash, I'm going to submit the forms and hold onto the checklist until I get that back. From what I can make out, doing this in London at least allows them to make use of the time to check all your forms and the wait from checklist to P4 seems comparatively short in most cases.

Feeling excited, exhausted and rather disbelieving this is actually happening! lol

Congratulations on P3. You got your P3 about a weekend after Audy got hers. I think you are going to be finished quite soon. Hopefully the ash will clear up and everything will be smooth sailing for you. At least you and Lina are going to finish up with your Fiances around.

The volcanic ash has put my company behind on shipments to Europe.

Good luck SunDrop

Hey Seven, Do you think your case had any complications or possible difficulties? I hope not. Spain is such a great country. I love the Spaniards and the food and the drink.

I am hoping that you will get it soon. Everyone needs to send APPROVING thoughts to Seven.

Hi Audy_rob!, nope i don't think of possible difficulties or else because we had the NOA1 with no problems, check was cashed and the thing is to have a problem with our case it should be at least touched...no touches or RFE's for now...If i had to think in a bad situation i probably would think of they lost our folder or put it in a wrong pile or i don't know...but oh well, i guess we will know and i'm hoping and focusing in receiving an approval in this week or next week...why not! Thank you for your support! And please ppl! focus good vibes to all the ppl who still waiting for the NOA2! Thank you and best luck and wishes to all of you!

@To all of those with UK ben's- please please please update if/when you get your interview date.

Good Luck everyone!
