I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Lol, figure I might as well get it all done with and get me back in tip top shape while we have coverage because I always delayed and last time I lost my job just as I was going to get the work done. Its not going to be cheep though, having on and off coverage as well as being rebellious about dental care when I was a teenager left my teeth in desperate need of TLC...gonna use up my yearly max just to fix one side.

well, I just checked the mail and guess what? :star: interview letter BUT what does "initial" stand for i have no idea :unsure: Is it THE interview or just a "show ur face, we wanna know what u look like" interview??? Hmmmmmm.... Any takes on that?

They refer to it as the initial interview as they may determine when you go in that you need another one (a stokes interview) but you shouldnt get one. A second interview is usually only given if stories dont match and they are suspicious.

I'm surprised how fast everything happened, i was ready to wait till fall and my mom is comig from Russia to visit us, actually it's gonna be the first time she is gonna meet Omar (my hubby) and he is sooooooo nervous :P HIS family is all the way in Cali and we can't aford for now to go there so I really just talked to his mom on the phone and we don't have any pics with family because of that, so that's the only reason i'm nervous for the interview :o

Oh, and i'm banking also on the pics of my dog cause he is soo cute that he will melt their hearts :P

Omg what a wonderful day! Wes's dad's partner took me out again, this time we went on a dolphin/whale watching boat with wes's little brother. Didn't see any whales but had some dolphins swimming up right next to us...so much fun! Next weekend Wes and I are going to hit up the aquarium of the pacific, excited for that too! I seriously love my life down here.

I'm sitting around at home because my husband's at the shooting range with his little "club thing".

I'd rather not go and get bored out of my mind.

We did get an unemployment check in the mail yesterday, so I hope they decided to just give them back again.

I friggin' love the Aquarium of the Pacific. I was just looking at whale watching times online yesterday, for Davey's Locker. John and I want to go. Good thing I've got my Dramamine ready. ;)

received a letter saying my case has been transfered to the csc! that was on the 19th and then I received a touch today the 22nd :D. Hopefully thats a good thing.

Yay! Another transfer! Congrats! :dance:

Morning everyone! Only here for a few hours today...have to take a half day off work to go get my windshield replaced... :angry:
