hello please can you help me if i have a chance to stay in USA because i am applying a Student visa in Florida and i will work there as a practicum emmersion of my study HRM ot hotel and restaurant management but id like to USA and if i ever given a chance to stay there permanently i would like how may i do this???

Look for an employer who will sponsor a work visa.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

If your intent is to somehow find a loophole-in or circumvent US immigration law, you may not find the answer here.

**Moving thread to "General Immigration Related Discussion" where it may (for now) be more appropriate. Perhaps a MOD can merge your threads so any/all responses can be found in one place.
