Can anyone help me on this

Why G28 form is to be sent to NVC in some cases ?

Read the info here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD which states it's when a lawyer is appearing on your behalf. Most likely if you're fighting something in my opinion but I know it's not normal.

How long do you think it should take for visa interview call after DS230 form and all required documents are submitted to NVC..
