Hey folks, in just a couple of days i will be going to the Visa Interview with my family. We are in the F3 category. Do we have to take the Affidavit of Support Documents to the Visa Interview which was submitted by the petitioner to the NVC.

NVC Journey

2009-08-31 – DS-3032 and AOS FEE Letters Received

2009-09-03 – DS-3032 Form Sent to NVC

2009-09-08 – AOS FEE Paid

2009-09-19 – I-864 Packet generated and sent

2009-09-22 – IV FEE Bills generated and sent

2009-10-19 – IV FEE Bills Paid

2009-10-23 – Checklist Letter Sent for DS-230 Package and I-864 Package

2009-10-30 – I-864 Package Sent To NVC

2009-11-04 – I-864 Package Received

2009-11-05 – DS-230 Package sent to the NVC

2009-11-16 – Checklist Letter Sent for DS-230 Package

2009-11-17 – DS-230 package received by the NVC

2009-11-26 – Checklist Letter Sent for DS-230 Package

2009-12-11 – Case Closed

2009-12-14 – NVC Login Failed

2010-01-11 – Appointment Letter Sent

2010-02-01 – Medical Examination - Passed

2010-02-08 – Immigrant Visa Interview Date

If the petitioner had submit it then you don't have to show the us consular again at the interview

I would definitely take them with you. The worst is that they won't be needed but always be more than prepared! Good luck.

02/11/10 - Hubby (USC) has I-130 interview at Sydney Embassy

02/11/10 - Hubby and I have CRBA interview at Sydney Embassy

02/17/10 - Medical results received

02/22/10 - Police check received

02/22/10 - NOA2/Packet 3 received

02/23/10 - DS230 mailed off to Embassy

02/23/10 - CRBA received with US Passport for daughter

02/26/10 - DS2001 and supporting documents mailed to Sydney Embassy

03/02/10 - Packet 4 received. Application is complete!

03/09/10 - Visa interview scheduled at Sydney Embassy

03/09/10 - Visa approved

03/11/10 - Visa received

03/19/10 - POE Los Angeles

03/31/10 - Greencard received

04/20/10 - SSN received
