Hey Guys

Can you get your state licence before you have your green card? I have my SSN from my time working in America previously and a UK Full driving license.

Thanks for any help

Depends if you can provide enough proof of WA state residency

http://www.dol.wa.gov/driverslicense/idproof.html

When I applied for my license I showed two items from List B - pay stub from work (I had a job already) and mail from the SSA (from when they sent me my social card). Can you see anything on List A or B which you have?

Everything else (proof of identity, social number, photograph) shouldn't be a problem for you so it'll just be a matter of being able to show state residency

Colorado needs EAD, states vary.
