Hi i have already gone to the court house and stared the process to get legally married, they gave me a form in which i have to get signed by a notary to make the marriage official, the pastor that will be really marring is not a notary and im planning on have to ceromony later so we can plan it better.

. My aunt is a notary will there be a problem if she signs the court documents? her last name is not the same as mines
