I have a question, I have no income . Can I just use my house and car and bank accounts for my I1864? Thank you!

You can use your house, the car is not considered an asset, unless you have more than one car... but generally cars are not acceptable, the bank account is also acceptable but the catch is that all of these things must equal 5 times the amount required for the income for fiance or 3 times the amount for a spouse. AND the consulate can refuse to accept assets.

You really should get a co sponsor as not having an income at all will put everything at risk and high alert.
