Comments : Interview #1
Husband went to interview. Did well with the questions except one, he always gets january and june mixed up in english and when she asked our marriage date he said january, its june..... but at the end she told him she needs 2 things to finish the case, his CV and my marriage paper to my last ex husband????? He gave her his CV right then and she said ok, can you fix this paper for me... he asked what paper and she said the ex marriage paper and he asked her who and she said the last name of my last husband..... what is she asking for exactly? The marriage certificate, the divorce papers?? No idea, i emailed them asking exactly what they are wanting. They had the divorce papers already, i mailed all of that before... I dont understand.
He did say she was very nice through it all. When he asked what he can tell his wife of the interview result she said whatever he wants to tell me lol. She didnt say approved or denied.
questions asked are:
how much support for kids
did she file immigration papers for this person
where is this ex husband from
where do her parents live
what does she do for work
where does she work
how do you keep in touch
how did you meet
where did you meet in person first time
what is the name of the website you met on
what kind of web site, what is its purpose
when you meet you wife
when you married
when here last visit
where she live in usa
how you keep in touch with her
did she marred before
she have kids what is kids names and ages
what you is your work
did you have a big party it was family partys and frinds and neberhods
who was there
what your family said about age
what kind of wrk you can do in usa
she live with her own or with family

Interview 2 grrrrrrr,
they skipped his number, he was first, made him wait 6 hours while they "reviewed" his file, was egyptian woman and an older salt and pepper american man, both very rude. They both asked questions repeating same question many times. The guy looked at one photo album of 4 and said not enough photos so my husband opened another and made him look at those so he said ok. The guy asked about the phone records, husband showed him a pile of folders more than one foot high, he said all of those?? and asked for one of them, didnt open it and handed it back said ok ok, mentioned that the case is complex and he needs to review it at which time my husband told him that is what the last officer said and it had already been reviewed for 4 months. The egyptian woman said that she needed the marriage paper requested at the first interview again, husband told her he already sent it, she said smartly that she needs it again is that a problem? Husband told her yes cause you already have it she said no i dont, so the guy looked in the file and found it and said we have it we dont need it. At the end he asked the result and the guy just laughed so my husband repeated it and explained that he needs to know if he needs to sign the contract for work or not, the guy continued laughing and said that he needs me to EMAIL my babies birth certificate( my son is not my husbands as i was already pregnant when we met and he told them this many times) he told him to give him his passport and said he didnt need anything more from him, if he needs anything he will contact him in a few days, if he doesnt need anything he will send the passport with the visa, then he went and paid the DHL fee and took the receipt to the guy and the guy smarted off to him saying he knew he would be back. I contacted washington on the 17th(today) to see what is in computer and nothing there yet but the lady asked what happened. I told her how rude they were and how they skipped him and she said they are not to be that way. She made note of that to a supervisor and said to please call in 2 or 3 days and ask about the case status. I also called senator regarding this as well for 2 reasons, their being so rude which is against the "rules" of their job(laughing at him when he asks something and using smart comments) and the not answering what is the status, they didnt say approved, denied or administrative review at the end. Waiting for the senators call as i left a brief message and asked him to please contact me for further details

Port of Entry Review
Event Date
Port of Entry : JFK
POE Date : 2010-09-21
Got EAD Stamp : No
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : Stated that nothing was needed for him to be able to work, just simply get the social security card and show the visa in his passport and he is allowed to work. The conditonal greencard took one month to recieve, the social security card just a bit longer due to waiting for verification of documents.

relation over as he's convicted of domestic battery, tried to work out but he is in jail again for false report against me so revoked bond. immigration currently underway of deporting him while he sits in jail

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
