Hey guys,

I think deep inside I already know the answer for my question. but maybe if I here some of you guys input I will feel better.

Anyway, I see a lot of people that have filed their K1 petition at the same day or week (October 22th) I had already have received their NO2. Should I be concern? Of course in my head I keep thinking the worse. I keep asking my self why I have not received this letter. Is driving me crazy. I am sure some of you can relate to me...

I think I am just going crazy waiting.

Don't worry, the last half of October mostly does not have their NOA2's. If you look at your timeline, you'll see that the range predicted for you to get your NOA2 isn't until January 27 - February 10.

Just relax and keep preparing for the interview. Have all your documents ready (birth certificate, etc.)

The NOA2 will surely come soon.

My experience: Most people who filed the month I did were approved in April. My I-129F wasn't approved until July (along with a handful of others).

We think our cases were in a box that was 1) lost, 2) in the hands of a slacker, 3) under the desk of someone who went on some extended vacation/leave. The face that those not approved in April were all approved within a week or so of each other supports that.

But if your VJ timeline estimate still hasn't happened, definitely no need to start worrying yet.

Unfortunately is a waiting process we all suffered. Just prepare yourself for more waiting and use the time to prepare yourself for the interview and gather your thoughts and papers in order. When you less expect it, you will be together with your other half.

Best of luck
