Should I be worried?

We sent the paper work in Oct. I had my biometrics taken in Nov- but I have yet to hear anything. When I check the USCIS site- nothing comes up on my case. The time line they are showing is 6 months-and since I am 3 months in- shouldn't something come up?

I know that there is still 3 months- but when I look saw there various status- I thought something would appear. I guess I will breath easy for the next three months then sweat if I still don't hear anything.

Nothing to worry about... you should hear something soon, but your application is still in the correct time frame.

You can't find your case? Did you use your case number on your Bio letter?

Or just it says "Initial Review"? if so, don't worry, it's normal thing

I am an October filer, and I have seen NOVEMBER CSC filers approved. Talk about agitating. But that is the way USCIS goes.

At this point, October CSC filer's approved percentage is 59%.

So, you don't have to warry, you are not the last one at least!!

If so, you can find your case at least and it would say "Initial Review" after biometrics.

same here am not oct filler but I filled NOV

and I didnt get a touch or anything not even after bio wich was 21rst of dec ,

I was in Initial Review before the bio apoitment

but am not worried as so many here told me with ROC it works a little diferant then AOS or K1 ,

Roc many dont get touched at all till aproval

Hi- I was using the wrong WAC. I used the one issued with the receipt because it said that one should accompany all inquiries. Good news though- then I used the correct one- it said as of yesterday they ordered my card production. Woot Woot.

Now she checked online status with Application number on Bio letter and she could find her case.

And she was approved!!! Congrats!!!

I bet it wont take to long now before brad hears something then soon it should move to Nov ,

so probly another month or 2 before i can expect to see anything on line
