Hi all,

I just want make sure on how to fill out a few questions on DS-230. Thanks in advance!

10) We do not know where we are going o live yet, should i write N/A?

30),32),33) Do I have to write down only the cities or the whole address?

33) Do i also need to list student jobs?

8/09/2010 - Mailed AOS Package to Chicago

8/11/2010 - AOS Package received by USCIS

8/19/2010 - Received NOA1 hardcopies

9/03/2010 - Transfer to CSC

10/01/2010 - Biometrics walk-in

EAD Status

8/09/2010 - Mailed EAD Package to Chicago

8/11/2010 - EAD Package received by USCIS

8/19/2010 - Received NOA1 hardcopies

10/01/2010 - Biometrics walk-in

10/01/2010 - EAD Card/Document Production

#10 does say 'if known', although I can't answer if putting N/A is better than putting USC's US address if it is likely to change before you arrive.

30/32/33 We only put the cities, and had no problems

Student jobs I would also list under 32...If unpaid internship for school you may want to note that. You may want to answer #32 on a separate sheet of paper, we did.

N/A means not applicable. The question is applicable. If the answer is unknown or to be determined, say so. The city is fine for 30),32),33).
