Hi everybody!

We just started with the filing...

I have a question about the fiance letter of intent:

In the example (K1 guide in VJ website) i could read that first of all in red says (petitioner's/beneficiary address) so do i just have to write my address with no indication like for example:

FIANCE LETTER OF INTENT

Street an number: Arc de sant marti , 17 2A

Zip code, city and province: 07011 , Palma de Mallorca (Illes Balears)

Country: Spain

And right after the next step would be writing the following:

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

Is that ok? Is ok that i specify what is the street, zip code etc or just write it like in a letter? should i b saying it's my address first of all (before writing the whole thing)

Then i guess that the date of the signature etc.

I guess i use there as well my first last name (i have two since i'm spanish) like in G325 A form and I-129F form because i specify my two last names in the cover letter?

I know there are lots of questions...Thank you for your help!!!

There should be two different letters of intent to marry one by you and one by your finance. So write your home address one letter that you are saying you will marry him and sign it. On the 2nd letter write his address and say he will marry you and then have him sign it.

It's fine to use two names...just make sure it's all consistent in all the forms and on your passport.

You want this letter to look professional:

Title

Date

Your Name

Your personal address

USCIS's address

To Whom it May Concern

The letter's body.

Sincerely yours,

Your signature

Your name

Your address, with phone number and email.

Then another letter but with your SO's name and address.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
