That's a wonderful question because NSC has been the odd person (politically correct... I had odd man at first) out in the K1 process. Although, the approvals are just starting with CSC. Thank GOODNESS! Hopefully we'll see some movement today or tomorrow with the NSC transfers. I'm optimistic!

That is a good question. I have seen mixed answers in other posts, some said all were, others said none!

Anybody else with facts? Any of the approved an NSC transferee?

Or are we still on the todo list?

I heard some mumblings about a handful of approvals from NSC transfers.

I've yet to see the proof and would LOVE to.

Also I just spoke to the senator's office here. CSC said NSC transfers are NOT at the bottom of the pile and they are processing them - seems to be based on RFE return date with an effort towards adhering to NOA1 date since there have been some March NOA1 approvals along with the lucky ducks from late May

Wow...this is a VERY interesting remark if I might say!

Up to this point, I think everyone was under the solid impression that NOA1's would not even be considered. Although, correct me if I'm wrong, it does look like a lot more March filers getting approval today specificially. Possible, that some later folks got lucky while they took a moment to reshuffle a bit?

I guess we should just keep an eye out for a pattern still!

Geez...Anyone else feel like a professional analysist right now?!

That reinforces was Texasseoul said yesterday.... finally... some 'official' feedback that matches....

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

I think also, we have to remember that members of this forum only represent a fraction of all the petitions going through. So we should be carefuly to jump to conclusions before at least a few days of approvals come through.

No offense Cass, but many of us have been on here for months, waiting for months. We have had crazy lows & lies during that time. Patience is not high on our lists. We will jump to conclusions because that's all we can go on.

Be thankful you didn't file when we did.

Not trying to offend anyone. Just noting that maybe we should wait a few more days before we make any conclusions about the way approvals are coming in. And hoping that maybe that news that just because we haven't seen many NSC transfers approved in the past few days doesn't mean that all hope is lost will help some people find a little more patience.

:innocent:

And if you are attempting to allude that I shouldn't be in this conversation because I haven't submitted my application yet, I beg to differ. What happens now with NSC petitions affects me almost as much.

No harm, no foul. Trying to offer a glimmer of hope.
