hi, we had our AOS interview yesterday! after waiting for about 45 mins after my appointment time, i was told that the POE immigration at Los Angeles never passed on my daughters paperwork (ie vaccination records) and that my vaccination records werent complete, and since my medical was done in nov 08 it has been over a year i need to get a new one, mind you i sent my AOS in July 2009 (well within the 12 months of my medical expiring)but they had taken so long to give me a interview, she first of all told me i need a new medical, but i pointed out to her that i had indeed had vaccination shots on my medical record and that its not my fault they took their time giving me an interview! she went and asked someone and came back to say that there are some vaccinations that require a second dose!!! my doctor in Australia never told me i needed a second dose, secondly why couldn't the USCIS just send me a letter to explain that before my interview date as in a RFE instead of me having to drive over a hour to get there and take time off work and take my daughter out of school ughhhhh!! so at the end of all that i now have 60 days to get my vaccinations up to date, my nearest cs doctor is about 40 mins away so what im asking is that can i just go to my local doctor and get a cs to fill in the form for me???
