How do you check your case online again? My number ends in 6, but do you change it to 1, 4 and 5? Thanks!

I`ve sent my AOS package on January 8th and it was recieved on January 11th.

Waiting for my biometrics appointment letter now. hope it arrives soon

If I enter in the first 12 digits of my alphanumeric number and add a 1, it's for I-485. However, if I add a 4, it's for I-130, and with a 5, it's for EAD! That's kind of weird...

I'm just very paranoid right now that USCIS thinks that I have filed for I-130? Also the receipt number ending in 1 and 7 both point to I-485. Should I be worried, or should I just wait for the NOA's to come in?

It could be an I485 for someone else. Your NOAs should be here soon and you can verify the correct numbers.

Yup! It's better to just wait for the hard copies to come in the mail I believe I remember that when I played around with the numbers, the 7 corresponded to another I-485. Don't worry!

Fatima and Jim, I think that is you that is making the spreadsheet? Just wasnt sure if I had mentioned that our NOA hardcopy date was January 15, the checks were cashed on January 19, we are filing I-130 and AOS together because she was working as a volunteer here when we got married. I find that there is not much support for that here, and yes I realize why, because alot of you are waiting like usual paperwork is done, but she came in truly working as a volunteer and so we talked to a lawyer and several other experts and they thought we should go this way, we had a good friend help us do the paperwork. But we def do still feel in with everybody here, it is still a long wait and makes for some tense, wondering moments sometimes! But,....I wouldnt trade her for the world!!!!

My WHOLE case got sent back yesterday, I nearly burst in to tears, I was missing one signature....

So we decided to overnight it back and just got our medical vaccinations done yesterday, we deliberately are waiting for a RFE for the medical as we don't want them to loose the documents...It seems to be their recent trend and the agent we called yesterday agreed with me (I took down her name and number encase they get funny with me again...)

My question is, the civil surgeon I saw seems to do a whole lot of these medicals and just vaccinations (I was told about 12 a week by the receptionist) . Since I haven't completed my varicella or Tetanus course hes marked it as not completed yet and JUST sent in the vaccination info to the USCIS in the envelope. He stamped his credentials on there, as well as the address of the practice. But he only sent in THAT page 4, he didn't include my page one or the last page as he said it was irrelevant due to me not needing another medical, and swore it didn't need to be included. Just the vaccination record....Is this alright? Also this was done yesterday...If they RFE'd me in like a week and I sent it in do you think they would be okay with it? We completely forgot to include it in the package yesterday...

On another subject I have to get a varicella shot on the 11th of Feb so I hope they RFE me before this time. I really dont want to pay another $60 to say "I had my second $100 vaccine that I didn't need..."....I have had chicken pox twice and Shingles at aged 13, but HEY! Uk medical records must be wrong right?! DOH!

Nope, they sent the cheque back, photos, passport scans, the WHOLE package arrived yesterday, everything that I sent in.... One signature....

So we re sent the whole package back and hopefully they decide to cash the cheque!

I'm happy to announce I just got my Appointment Letter from USCIS dated Jan.14,2010 which is scheduled on February 1, 2010.

I am also sad at the same time knowing my hubby and I might be getting divorce. We never talk for 2 days now Im totally devastated knowing someone betrayed my trust not just once.

Online cheating and I am so sick of it. He been cheating on me before I even came here. He is kicking me out in the house ( which he always do since Sept.) and will send me back to my country immediately like a piece of ######. I never thought about it I discovered it by accident only as I saw it on his bank account history.
