We just got 3 separate NOA's. One for the I-485, one for the EAD, and one for the I-131. They say that the check was cashed and that the next step is to wait for them to contact us about biometrics interview if needed. There were no RFE's with these NOA's.

I'm wondering, since no RFE's came with these NOA's, are we safe from them, or is there still a chance that an RFE could come in the mail at a later date?

Thanks.

Unfortunately there is (still) the possibility of an RFE; the packages were accepted - perhaps passed some rudimentary review (along with check verified for proper amount for forms submitted) and moved to the queue. All you can do now is wait - things will go much quicker than you've been used to so far (at least as far as the biometrics, EAD and AP are concerned). Enjoy the break in the action while it lasts... :)

Well at least you didn't get a RFE for lack of signing, incorrect fees, etc but you can still get a RFE done the line.

NOAs are just acknowledgements of their receipt of your application so RFEs can come any time after that.

but pray and pray that they don't see any reason to send you an RFE

when you recieve the NOA's it doesn't mean that they not gonna send you an RFE (talking generally). RFE's is sent different time than your NOA's. And its not written on the NOA's the RFE. It should be another type of Notice they will send you. And there's a chance to get RFE's at later date. Even we have an IL already and appointment, we still not

sure if we gonna get or not an RFE from the USCIS.

I hope you don't get one...Good Luck!
