I feel so bad.

My wife had her interview and as I stated before here, I thought I had no arrest record.

I search and searched everywhere I ever lived and found an old arrest record.

I thought this charge was off all my records after 3 years. I was charged with possession of marijuana in 1999

I payed $300 for the ticket and that was it.

It is the only record I found for me, I seriously forgot all about this over 10 years ago.

i do not use drugs.

I wrote a statement and my wife will take it to the embassy in Manila today.

What now?

I am devastated.

I did not remember this. i told them I had no arrest record. Devastated.

Doesn't seem like telling them you forgot about being arrested is the best way to go. Don't know what is tho.

Did you ever state on any form you hadn't been arrested?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

I just found this record after searching and searching on the databases, I completely forgot, about this..

My wife will go to the embassy today with a statement saying that I found this arrest record that I forgot about ever happened.

I printed a copy of it, I wrote a statemnt about it and she will take it to the embassy today.

Now what?

I stated I never been arrested, because I forgot all about this, when I searched and searched, I found this arrest record from 11 years ago, I completely forgot about this, I thought it was a ticket, I thought it was removed after 3 years...stupid me...

So I wrote the statement as such...

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
