I wish I had some answers for you but I don't..... all I can say is whatever you deceided to do make sure you are not doing yourselves any harm with regard to immigration.... you have come a long way for a female bully to spoil everything....

Because I cannot work we cannot afford a place of our own at the moment, maybe once I have a Job then yes we would be able to move out, let me stress my mother-in-law has been very nice, It is her daughter that is the problem. As I am an outsider it is more difficult to get my point across. I am just finding it very difficult to actually stay here, maybe some will see it as running away but I just do not want trouble, I cannot abide that sort of thing, never have, maybe I am a coward I honestly do not know.

You are NOT a coward for wanting better for yourself! Think about what the others have said about AP-I think that might be the best thing to do. Your sister-in-law sounds like a right b*tch! don't let her get to you(easier said than done-I know).

I am so sorry to hear about your predicament. Does your hubby know how his sister is treating you? How old is his sister?

Well it doesnt matter how old she is it doesnt give her any right to touch you in anyway that would harm you. What is her malfunction (problem)anyways?

You can get emergency AP if someone in your family is sick (govols had to get this for her hubby). I'd much rather do that than start all over.

That would be my advice. Go for emergency if you can. Don't throw everything away at this point in the game.

I was really shocked to hear this, Janice. We had our Embassy interviews the same week - don;t know if you remember.

I agree with the recent posters - try to hang on in there until you can get AP. You've come this far - it would be such a shame to have to go back to square one again.

Please get an INFO PASS as soon as possible. Depending where you are.........I checked on line one day and had the appt. the next. (We live in Maine) We drove 3 1/2 hours but well worth it. I got my AP within 1 hour and a half.....another thread. The people were super. They also did my Biometics. Plead with them to get your AP. It's worth a shot.
