Hello, we are newcomers to the whole fiancee visa process, so please be gentle with us!

My question is probably rather simple to answer.. I believe I filed at Texas, as the address is in Texas, and being from Florida, my forms indicate that I was to file in Texas.. However, I'm wondering why at the top of the address, did they have me place a big "Vermont"??

Does this mean the processing will take place in Texas, or Vermont?? Below is the info used to send our package, and I did require a signature and verification at time of delivery, it was delivered to Mesquite, TX.

Thanks for your help, this is a great site!

I dont even understand your question. Who had you place a big VERMONT???

The addresses on the instructions are quite clear.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

You live in florida so you petition get's filed at texas and then they forward it to cali.

I am not sure why or who said for you to address your petition to vermont at the texas address but the address at the bottom of the latest I-129f form states that florida still goes directly to tsc.

Thanks for your replies, to answer where I got the address/informtion from, it is from the Texas Service Center website, if you look at the addresses; 3 cells down, where it mentions the I-129F, it has the Texas address with the word "Vermont" above the address.. I sent my package with the address exaclty as it appears in that cell, but was just curious why the word "Vermont" was there at all..
