The Bishop is also now enjoying another one of his guilty pleasures, a fine Port wine. Being in Portugal for 6 months really brought me to an appreciation of this type of wine. Plus, for this particular Port, I lived in the town where it was stored, in caves, for years. You could take tours of the caves and have wine while touring. It was a great time....sometimes I would take the tour 6, or 12, time a day ;-)

You alcoholic.

Nagilita!

 I still loves my Bishop.

The Bishop is not an alcoholic... he is a drunk. Alcoholics go to meetings

I need to exercise somehow. That's how I hurt my back to day, shaking my bootay to Beyonce.

BTW I only gained 1 pound in over a month. Went to the doc and he said it was okay the baby measures fine on the sono and I'm healthy. I am eating. Matter of fact I even had a big mac just last week :star: It's totally okay with me, the less weight I gain the better.

Ya...that is the way my ex was....she just put on about a couple pounds a month for the first six months...then she put on about 33.33333 lbs per month for the last three months! But I'll give it to her, she made beautiful babies...

I can honestly say I have never held a baby.

Amby...I bought another bit of Christmas decorations...14 single candlez to put in the windowz on the front of our house. I haven't reached your level of 'holiday spirit' <aka spending!>...but I'm begginning to feel the pleasure/pain tradoff...

AAm will see them when she gets home in an hour or so...and I think she'll like them

I'm so proud

The xmas tours start tomorrow afternoon. I have the downstairs tree up and I just need to put the ornaments on it tonight. My uncle owns a landscaping company so all his workers came over today and put the lights on the outside of the house.

I thought it was so weird when my friend told me the same thing. I was like WHAAAT? Maybe it's more common than I thought.

The Bishop, beside being unable to resist the urge to caress the bellies of all pregomoms, likes to hold every baby that is within his grasp (but...I don't want any more babies of my own! <Bishop is making the sign of the cross!>)

It's true, Amby. I guess I have never had much exposure to babies. And I never had that maternal instinct to want to hold a baby.

I know some of my friends have told me the same thing. One is too afraid to hold a baby. He's afraid he'll hurt it or something.

I want to buy a 'real' Manger Scene for the front yard...but not plastic...I mean real, even including a couple live Boscos ...but I need at least a grand for that...so the economist in me is waiting until 12/26 for the discount...does that make me a 'bah-humbug' :crying:

My Sister was EXACTLY like this, especially when my kiddos were babies...she'd practically go into cardiac arrest if my babies were near her...

....but then she became a breeder and that loosed some sort of hellamom gene in her...now she won't shut up about kids...but mine are grown, so we don't really have a similar timeline/interests...<haha>
