The Bishop is also now enjoying another one of his guilty pleasures, a fine Port wine. Being in Portugal for 6 months really brought me to an appreciation of this type of wine. Plus, for this particular Port, I lived in the town where it was stored, in caves, for years. You could take tours of the caves and have wine while touring. It was a great time....sometimes I would take the tour 6, or 12, time a day ;-)

ohhhhhh...we live in Maryland...and LOVE crab cakes! My wife hasn't had the chance to learn how to make them yet...but I know she's wanting to learn...she'll be great!

Amby ~ I'm getting creative and making things out of what I have in the house as to not spend too much money on groceries. I decided to make a casserole. I threw together shredded chicken, elbow noodles, peas and carrots, cream of mushroom soup, milk & mozzarella and parmesan cheese and am baking it and topping it off with bread crumbs mixed with butter. I hope it works out.

Plus I'm sick of making rice every single day.

It'll probably work out. Once every few months I try to use all the stuff in the fridge/freezer/cabinets so I don't end up throwing stuff away. I come up with all sorts of interesting foods.

I had to go to the grocery store last night because I needed fresh veg and some more clementines. I am completely addicted to those things cos they're so easy to peel. I don't know what I'm making for dinner since I'm not going to that xmas party. I didn't eat lunch until almost 4pm so I'll probably just eat some more clementines
