Normally she works M-F at Fedex in their Quality Dept.

However, because she is a 'chef superb' lots of the local Asian restaurants call her during the day time and just ask her if she'd like to come in and help. So, she'll go work at various restaurants in the evenings for 2 or 3 days a week...which is what she's doing tonight. She is like you Amby...she LOVES to cook...and she LOVES IT MORE when she gets paid

very cool. I stopped working as a chef after owning my own restaurant killed me. I just started to hate it. I never got away.
