Unless it's a newer casino (built in the last 5 years), It will have the stench of stale cigarettes in every room. One of the major problems was that the older buildings didn't have ventilation systems that were for smoking rooms only and non-smoking rooms only. If you're going to Vegas, the Venetian, Mandalay Bay, and surprisingly, Luxor are very good about non-smoke smelling rooms.

On another note, I haven't smoked a cigarette in 4.5 years. I have the flu, can barely breathe, and would sell my soul for a cigarette RIGHT NOW!!!!!

I admire that!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

WOW

I was rarely exposed as a child

of course I was allergic and asthmatic too

I wouldn't dream of that

my kids don't even know I smoke and I air the car and/or apt the whole day before not that it makes any difference once it gets embedded

even tho he has stunk up the place I still do my dirty work outside

Yeah... it's pretty selfish that she did that, but that is the type of person she is.

I have severe allergies to airborne things and breathing issues because of it. I also get sick fairly often from that and being malnourished growing up.

I love my panini press. One thing that I like to buy is sundried tomato spread and a garlic cheese spread - ooooooooooh, that with some fresh french bread, turkey, sliced tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese is teh bomb!

Ooooo yummm!!! Sounds like the paninis they make at Casa do Pão de Queijo back home. Delicious!

At the smokers and smoke haters, my #1 reason to stop smoking was I hated the after smell. Hated to get home and have my hair stinky and hands stinky and clothes stinky. I smoked from age 15 to age 22, and never again since. It's been 8 years.

I have more news. Called Amtrak and am able to take the train from Vancouver so I don't have to worry about hubby getting across the border. So Len, I will be in Seattle between 12 and 4 at the station if you're able to make it down there.

My mom was an inconsiderate smoker with me too when I was little.

However, she has been really good with the boys. When they are upstairs she goes outside to smoke. When they were babies she wouldn't even smoke in her own house because she wanted to be allowed to have them up there.

Luis & I are non-smokers. I am lucky I don't have asthma, but I used to get bronchitis all the time. :(

All the talk about paninis makes me hungry. I'm making stewed chicken with arroz a la jardinera :star:

OH! And guess what I found in my cabinet? Kool Aid! I know that stuff is so sugary and bad but I used to love it when I was a kid (and kinda now too) :hehe:
