It's cool, I grew up not too far from Yasgur Farms so I have been known to where patchouli too back in the day.

Geez. I really, really want to go out for my anniversary! :crying:

This isn't looking too good. Oh well we may get stranded in Manhattan guys, keep your fingers crossed for me.

Do you have beaded curtains?? :)

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Hell no! I'm not nuts. I heard the LIRR might have trouble though cause of the blizzard warning. I'm taking the Port Jefferson line because I'm not going to drive to Ronkonkoma in the blizzard.

I gotta go wrap Luis' anniversary present before he gets home.

This is very cool, HermanoChris....!!!

My entire house is set up as a 'Temple'...if you go into one room...you'll find my Buddhist Collection which I brought back from various SE Asia countries. If you go into the next room, you'll find my Hindu Ashram...which I brought back from my time living in India...if you go into the next rooms you'll find my collection of Catholic items, which I brought back from the time I lived in Mexico City, and also a lot from Portugal and France.

Its a 'unique' home...one that feels 'holy' for me and my wife to live in  ...so my house really does feel like a 'Temple'...I dig it :innocent::star:

Its still snowing here Commies...HermanunNagilita, its feels like MI here :lol:

Bishop, It was awesome. But I put it in a high traffic area of the apt and after awhile it started to get ruined. That is very cool that you have all that in your casa. I hope to be able to travel to different corners of the world an experience different cultures, religions, cuisines, etc.... Very cool stuff.

On another topic, I maybe showing my n00b-ness but it is something that is bothering me on this site. I feel like some of the senior members on the site really feel the need to belittle newbs here if they tell a scenario that isn't to their liking or hw they would go about the visa process. I just read a thread where a senior VJ member basically called the guy "Dumb" for a mistake the poster made. While yes, the poster made a mistake in his process I don't think calling ppl "dumb" ,belittleing, or saying "Nice going bone-head" them is going to help. I feel like some of the senior members here take their knowledge of visa's and immigration and use it as a tool to deal with their own passive aggressive issues. It just kinda pisses me off because in the said thread the OP wasn't asking for "Unicorns and Rainbows" just advice, that doesn't warrant harsh criticism.

I just don't understand the mentality of "Yes, I want to help you but I'm gonna make you pay for it." It is not helping anyone and it will deter future members from asking questions in fear that they will be ridiculed for admitting a mistake they made or that they just had no idea that the process was this complicated.

I just needed to get that off my chest.
