I have to say Indian is probably one of the least tried cuisines for me. Noone I know is really knows what to order when we have gone out to a Indian food place.

I went on a huge Korean BBQ binge when I lived in Queens. I went the 1st time with a Korean friend of mine and I felt obligated to try everything that was put in front of me so that I wouldn't offend him. He watched me eat some stuff and goes "Dude, you're actually eating that? I'm Korean and wouldn't touch that."

I was like "Thanks for telling me now ####."

Indian food is possibly my favorite after Mexican food. Love it, do, do, do.

One of the two places I worked at in NYC was in Murray Hill (Manhattan) also known as "Curry Hill" because of the large Indian population. I worked as a focus group moderator (I was a go-for ###### for corporate masters of the universe types) and these ppl would order tons of Indian food and not touch it cus they put it on their corp acct cards (Azzholes) and wouldn't eat it. So me being a broke scrub going to school in the city would take it home and eat it. i never knew what exactly I was eating but it was always good. It was great cus my 3 other roommates who were all from S.America hated it (probably cus there were no rice and beans?) So I knew that food was always safe.

Now that I think about it I was the only person in my house that spoke English as a first language. It was like a dumb sitcom plot.

I could see the ad on TV now for it.....

"What happens when you put an Argentinian, Colombian, Peruvian, and a lame azz white dude in the same house? Find out this season on ABC"

BTW the reggaeton was non stop.

It was horrible. I wish I had the video when they took me to "La Tasca" a S.American dance club and tried to teach my goofy azz to dance. Not pretty.
