Woo hoo!

Got my secret Santa gift today from.........

Sapphire Dreams!

What a delightful pairing, too...and perfect for me. :D

Thank you so much, Sapphire! This will be the perfect complement for next week's trip to the cabin!

I don't have a picture taking device, so I've taken it upon myself to do as Trailmix suggested, and drew a picture myself in Paint.

This is an accurate depiction of what my gift was:

That is the best picture ever lol... what is it?

jkjk

Yeah...visual art was never my forte. Doubly so for MS Paint visual art. :P

Seriously though, I should have mentioned that it is a box of spoon-shaped flavored chocolates, meant to melt into one's coffee...as well as a bag of Starbucks coffee. Tanzanian blend! I've never had it before, and it looks like it's part of a limited series of rarer coffees. I can't wait to make myself a cup. I think I'll do it in a french press to get the most out of the flavour.

It remains to be seen whether or not the spoons will last to the cabin though...

Thank you, thank you very much. Your comments on my artistry are very gracious.

The inner Rembrandt in me wishes I'd colored in the spoons though...they ARE brown. Sigh. It's hard being an artist.

haha cool! Glad you got yours before Christmas :P Those spoons sound (and look) amaziiiiing... mmm.... Probably better that they're not coloured in though... the 'paint' version of brown spoons might not have the same.. uh... effect.

Yay, I'm glad you like the gift! I saw the spoons and immediately thought of you! And, I bought the coffee before you had said you liked Starbucks coffee, so I was glad that worked out! I hope it's good!

Thanks so much, Sapphire! It's great. So far I've managed to keep the spoons under wrap...not sure how long that will last. :P

As for the coffee, I'm really excited to try it! Like I said earlier, I'm going to wait until we hit the cabin in a few days so that I can do it in a french press to maximize the flavor. Extra bold is perfect -- I've been teased throughout my life for how strong I like my coffee.

A great gift, and so very timely! Thanks once again!
