Nothing heard from NSC yet! and it makes me worry!!

Dear Friends, My Fiancee mailed the Petition on July 11, 2006, its 10 days now and we didnt hear anything from Nebraska Service Center yet, I and my Fiancee worry if something wrong with this situtation. Someone please tell me how could we contact to Nebraska Service Center?

10 days now and nothing heard yet!!!

I would wait at least 3 weeks before stressing over it, none of us like to wait but they are handling an incredible amount of paperwork.

Thanks Mew, I will check it out that now, I talked to my Fiancee and she said they didnt cash the check yet, that is strange isnt that? 11 days and check didnt cash, we worry if the package got lost there or something like that.

Even before IMBRA it was taking about 2 weeks for NOA1s sent to be received. Now since they are transferring to California and they are already so backlogged, you should plan on 3 weeks minimum to get your physical NOA in the mail. You can stay in touch with your bank to see when the check is cashed and get your case number from the back of your check as well to follow it on line.

Try to stay calm - unfortunately, you may have a lot of time ahead to wait and worry and wonder throughout this process.

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

It take up to a month for you to recieve NOA1.

Normailly, you should recieve NOA1 around 7-10 days.

I say nothing to worry about yet.
