Minneapolis Cop Tasers Man With His Hands Already On Police Car

He may have run his mouth to provoke officers, but he was fully compliant (with hands on the car). Yet he was "tazed" anyway........

Final analysis, he's got serious money coming to him...... My guess, about 150K

Police are good overall, but the overzealous ones will cost their city or county. Case in point....

Didn't you get the memo? Tasers teach people new manners.

Nice example of the proper application of police force. In this instance, the subject was non-compliant to the officers commands. With that force, the subject became compliant.

In the original event, the subject was fully compliant and got "tased" anyway.... That spells money.......Because the Officer f'd up....

Hannah, a link would be appreciated.....Cheers.

I wish. Sadly, this was witnessed by me and several security guards over a closed-circuit camera. This was in the spring time, when the police "move out" our homeless patrons from the parking garage.

Er, and for what it's worth, by well-insulated I did not mean fat.

Well-insulated homeless person = wears a lot of newspaper padding between his clothes.

Understood Hanna. Sh1tty things do happen with/at the hands of cops, but most try to do the right thing...... Let's keep it at that.
