Ok I just recieved the information on the AOS fees, and the IV bill for the K3 visa in Peru. Once it is paid, what is the wait time For the rest of the process. Once it is paid, then what? Will I be mailed something in the states? Or can they email me?

IV fee is NOT for K-3 but for IR/CR visa... are you sure what visa you want?

What do you mean? I already applied for the K3 visa, and now my spouse has recieved this info by email. Saying that the AOS fee and the IV fee need to be paid. How do I find out what visa this is?

The K-3 visa fee is paid at the consulate... the CR1/IR1 visa is paid to NVC... If you want the K-3 then ignore all the inquiries from NVC

YMMV

What visa do you want to process with? K3 or CR1?

If you want the CR1, pay the AOS bill and send in your I864 package. Similarly, once your DS3032 is accepted, a IV bill will be generated. The paid receipt will go with your DS 230 package.

You have two petitions (I-130 and I-129F)... The I-129F will go to the consulate and that is the case file that is needed for a K-3. All processing for the visa is done at the consulate.... On the other hand, the I-130 is processed at NVC for the IR/CR visa. If you do not respond to NVC, the I-130 will not be forwarded to the consulate as was mentioned in the e-mail. The I-130 is not needed by the consulate to do the K-3 but is needed if you want IR/CR

Which visa do you want? If you want K-3, then ignore NVC
