Well after seeing the 15 Dec stats and then the Nov stats I decided to contact Senator Jim Webbs office today. They asked for me to fax them information and they will look into it and provide me with a response as soon as they get some info. We will see what happens. Let's go Jim Webb's office! Hopefully the person that works my case for Jim Webb is a very angry person who likes to yell a lot and gives VSC hell.

Jim Webb is a (good) angry person himself, so let's hope!

I'm a December filer myself, but things being out of order like that piss me off just as much as they piss off Nov-Oct filers!

I am thinking about contacting my congresswoman Allyson Schwartz with the same info. I worked for her campaign in '08, hopefully someone remembers :P

Keep us posted!

Hi all.

Ok as off 17:37 est there have been no new approvals/RFE's or denials that have a receipt date Nov 3rd 09 ie EAC100235xxxx.

Is no news really good news?

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",

From what I have seen, it takes about a day for the approvals/RFE's to be reflected online.

Just as an edit to that...

I found some activity on 11/10. I just randomly selected a few and found 1 RFE from Feb 1. So now 11/10 has 10% touched.

Now that I know all the receipt numbers for Nov 3rd(some 118) should I setup notification to an email instead of checking them all manually? or would uscus think it odd that I would want to be notified of that many and start asking questions?

If I were you, I wouldn't set up notifications, because, well.....if you receive a notification, you might think it's YOUR NOA-2 and freak out unnecessarily.

Just add them to your portfolio and turn notifications off

The only reason for adding them was to get notification. It becomes a pain to check all of them everyday.lol

better not i guess. if u set up notifications, NVC will see (i guess) one loggin ID with 120+ applications, and might want to investigate.

once u know which applications are K1s, it takes less then 10 min to copy/past them on the web site and check for status change.

Personally, I'm starting to get into depression again. what's with the decembre approvals, and now the nov10 RFE.

"First come, First served" ppl. I don't think they ever heard of that.

What should I do to get them look into my application? pray for an earthquake in France? an Alien invasion?

I may sound Evil, but I wish them all the pain they are making me go through right now.

There are ppl who have feelings behind those applications. We are not jerks who get payed to get ppl come to the US.

Our plan B is that Drue moves to France (it's gonna be hard for him, cos he doesn't speak french), and I'm hesitating in activating plan B now, cos the wait is killing us, and seeing the shitty work NVS is doing, I don't expect to get approved this month neither.

So God, if u read me, I beg u, put some brain in NVC empty heads, so that they get back on track and work on the applications in numerical order.

Looking at the spreadsheets Oct is well on its way to approvals. December is starting to move well. And things are happening for January.

Has the US Federal Governmet declared November to no longer exist? Maybe Presidemt Obama has cut it in his budget to save money?

No, I got it the Box for November has been abducted by Aliens and now resides in Area 51.

Or the box has been kidnapped by someone so p1$$ed off by the USCIS and is demanding their application is processed first or the box gets it.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",
