LoL, i'm sooooooooo looking forward to the CA governors race. So much fail in one race. Meg Whitman vs. Diane Feinstein. Good god thats like when I look at the ballot and see my options for my congressman(woman) is either Maxine Waters, or a some college kid. Thank god I moved to another district.... but now Dana Rohrbacher is my representative which is equally bad, just in a different way.

Yeah, but Dana can surf! That sorta makes him easy to find when he is doing district time.

The republican are not interested into any compromise with the Democrats, that would make the Democrats look good and create a bigger reelection problems for them, so the only way to have a chance is to become the party of Cry baby, saying NO, NO, NO to everything in the hope of derailing the current democratic wind.

So far they have succeeded by creating this division between blue Dog Democrats and Liberals, at the end of the day, it will come down to this: ARE YOU DEMOCRAT OR A REPUBLICAN or should I say ARE BOTH OF YOU INSIDE THE CLUTCH OF THE LOBBYIST.

WE already know the corporations are running this country at least the politician should be honest and start saying I am working for X< Y company, they are paying my on the side salary, Instead of TAKING CARE OF THE BUSINESS THE AMERICAN PEOPLE SENT THEM TO DO.

BENDING OVER TO GET 1 or 2 Republican Vote IS NOT WHAT I WOULD CALL BIPARTISAN, BUSH was there for 8 years, the republican had their chances, people got tired of their politics. SO GO MAKE THE CHANGES YOU PROMISE< INSTEAD OF OPERATING LIKE BUSINESS AS USUAL.

I pretty much made the same point. The Democrats need to have a meeting behind closed doors, work out their differences, and emerge as a cohesive/unified party. The Republicans will cry bloody murder by saying that the Democrats aren't looking for bipartisan solutions, but the truth is the Republicans want the Democrats to fail & bipartisanship is contrary to that goal.

Ol' Dana is a sad excuse for a surfer. But that is the least of his faults. He's got fairly hefty ties to Abramoff and Duke Cunningham. The California election cycle just got more interesting. Carly Fiorina after much hemming and hawing has decided to run for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Feinstein who will be running for governor.

She almost destroyed that company. Was she the HP CEO who was involved in the corporate spying fiasco? She's only announcing her candidacy, by no means will she be unopposed in the primary. I really do hope she wins though. She is uncharismatic, and has so many failures that will be her undoing.

Correction: Fiorina will not be running for Feinstein's seat. She will be running against assembly man DeVore in the primary for the right to run against Barbara Boxer.
