AOS November Filers, I noticed that I think 4 of us here received I-693 RFE even we sent it with AOS documents? Some who just sent the DS 3025 also received I-693 RFE.

I noticed that even you sent an I-693 or DS 3025 the RFE letter is like this " Submit a properly completed and signed Form I-693..."

How did you responds to it, full medical or transcriptions? It's kinda tricky to us who sent I-693 with the AOS package.

Good luck to us.

funny thing happened, i got another email from uscis advising me that my case was transfered to CSC-i hope this means no interview.

I am hoping speedy approval for everyone else

R&N, you just sent your DS 3025 and had an RFE for I-693, how did you respond to it, full medical or transcription?

Since that your case was already transferred to CSC and have the EAD... because mostly Nov filer received I-693 RFE even we sent the I-693 with our AOS package.

Thanks.

Ah, there we go, the RFE arrived today asking for an I-693 with the vaccination section completed.

I've looked over my DS-3025 and it appears (only IMO though) to be completed correctly with all of the required information, so one wonders if USCIS deem that it has not been correctly completed, as to what the actual error is on the form.

I know that this discussion has been had elsewhere on here, but it seems crazy that a civil surgeon copies a DS-3025 and then just signs it off; what on earth does it achieve?

Newlyweds also received the I-693 RFE even she already submitted her I-693 with her AOS package... she spent money for that. Getting another I-693 is not a joke.

Hi all. My husband went for his biometrics today in the Bronx, NY. All went so well, it only took a couple of minutes, we had a 10 am appointment, got there at 9 and were out the door by 9:30am.

Wish I could say we had the same experience getting the civil surgeon to sign off on the I-693! The doctor, whos office told me on the phone they would do the transcription of the vaccinations for $50, decided when we got there that they were going to charge $175. I got this doctors name off this website, others who used him advised there were no problems. Even though my husband had an extensive medical in his home country, the Dr. insisted they needed to do another TB and HIV test. I guess that "negativo" is too hard to translate into english! Since we have to wait two days and go back to this Dr.'s office to get the signed I-693 I will not go into the whole experience (contact me privately if you are in NY) until we have the documents in hand! Something should be done about the Civil Surgeon part of this process!

Hopefully, we will all be seeing the EAD or the greencard soon. Good luck to you all.
