If in doubt what to put I put BOTH thruout the process.

Example:

John Smith PO Box 111, Smithtown. Hi 96724 [Mailing address]

John Smith 19342 Smith Road, Smithtown Hi 96724 [physical address]

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

I am pretty sure you cant, i am sure i read somewhere that the Embassy does not post anything to a PO box. I say this because my fiance thought he might have been sent on exercise and would only have a PO Box to send things too and it worried the hell out of me cause i read that they wouldnt post anything to a PO Box. Hope this helps!

14/10/2010 - Email/Text sent from USCIS to say they had received our AOS and NOA1 was in the mail

18/10/2010 - NOA1 Received via Mail

22/10/2010 - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

08/11/2010 - Biometrics Appointment

18/12/2010 - Letter received for interview appointment

21/12/2010 - Received EAD and AP

21/01/2011 - Interview!

AOS APPROVED!

03/25/2011 - Green Card Received

In family visa cases, Embassies and Consulates don't send mail to US addresses. They only mail to foreign addresses. If the US Citizen's address is a PO box then certainly that's ok. Many people living in small communities do not have home delivery of mail, so their only address is a PO Box.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
