That just means you should hear from them in 90 days. If that does not happen, you can call them and tell them a few insults. :)

Yes i will hear from them ... but for wat to chose an agent or anything else??

Approval by USCIS is only the first part in getting a visa. After the petition is approved by USCIS, it is forwarded to the NVC to await for an available visa in your category. This could be a short wait or many more years of waiting. Your category is F4, US citizen petitioning for a sibling.

To determine when a visa will become available to you, you need to have the following information; 1) your Priority Date (PD) which is when USCIS received the petition for you and when you got in line for a visa, and 2) your category (F4 in your case). Become familiar with the Visa Bulletin; http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin...letin_1360.html. Look at "Family 4th" in "All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed" and you will see in the November 2009 Visa Bulletin that the current PD is June 15, 1999. This means that those with petitions filed before that date have visas available to them.

What is your PD? Only when your PD is close to being current will the NVC contact you and the petitioner about paying fees and the DS-3032. Lots of people get their petitions forwarded to the NVC and will hear nothing for many years.

No where does it say the NVC will contact you. The letter said if you have any questions or if the beneficiary (person for whom you are applying) does not get a correspondence from the NVC (it's about the same notice you got), then it would be better for you to contact them after 90 days.

No where does it say the NVC will contact you.
